Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift
About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training, and developing one or more groups engaged in receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping, or processing of Schneider Electric products.
Responsibilities
- Guide your team in safety, health, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, coordinate, and participate in receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment operations requiring knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, value add services, and production/order requirements.
- Drive engagement of your team through teamwork, well-being, collaboration and understanding.
- Monitor and interpret logistics performance, cost, quality to evaluate efficiency, and continuously improve.
- Manage staffing, performance management (including performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions), task delegation, project delegation, work planning and head-count management including departmental approved time off policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
- Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift. Requires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work.
- Able to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to independently execute company strategies.
- Ability to communicate with empathy in a straightforward manner.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work a regular shift of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, including pre- and post-shift support as needed.
- Position requires frequent overtime, including 9–10 hour workdays, as well as participation in a rotational Saturday schedule to support operational needs.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Schedule
