Warehouse Storeroom Attendant

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay

Weekly hourly pay: $17 per hour.

Schedule

First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
• Clean driving record and personal vehicle; ability to travel 25‑50 % of the day
• Valid driver’s license meeting Ryder’s driving qualifications
• Technical aptitude with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, RF scanners, and data entry into a WMS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Capability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
• Flexibility and self‑driven attitude in a fast‑paced environment
• May be required to be equipment certified and safety‑sensitive, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as needed
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with an emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
