Job Summary: The Warehouse/Stock associate is responsible for loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and safely moving material within the warehouse by carrying, lifting, and safely operating hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. The Warehouse/Stock Associate ensures jobs are located, staged, pulled, and organized. Responsibilities: Help unload and load trucks in a safe mannerReceive and sort Operate a forklift or pallet jack safely and efficientlySeparate Special Orders from delivery and process according to store policyHelp maintain strict organizationEnsure all inbound merchandise is checked in per store proceduresEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceAlways have a customer-first mentality Qualifications: Willingness to gain a vast knowledge of consumable productsExcellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitaskAbility to stand for an extended period of timeAble to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job dutiesAble to lift up to 50 lbs frequently .
