Warehouse Sr Associate - Wire Cutting
DSG is seeking a Wire Cutting Warehouse Senior Associate in our South Sioux City, NE location. About the role
In this full-time, hourly position, work is typically performed between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion according to business needs. The primary focus of this role will be in wire cutting.

Responsibilities
- Assist in wire cutting
- Notify Branch Manager about shortages or overages in inventory
- Use computer and/or RF gun to check on status, availability, and location of product
- Accurately pull material from location to fill each order
- Pack, label, and place filled orders in proper location for delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, picker, turret, etc.; training/certification provided)
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment: sweep and mop floors, clean and dust shelves, sort and dump trash in appropriate bins
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
- Work with fellow warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Load delivery trucks as needed
- Handle calls for the warehouse when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Advanced product and warehouse knowledge typically acquired in five or more years of experience
- Safety training on material handling and forklift driving
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
