Job Title: Warehouse Specialist （Shift starts at 8:00 PM (hybrid schedule with partial remote work flexibility based on operational needs） Key Responsibilities:*Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standardsDevelop and enforce quality assurance protocolsMonitor performance and drive continuous improvementConduct daily control meetings and performance reviewsRecruit qualified DSPs and provide onboardingDesign training to improve service qualitySupport fleet operations, task distributionCoordinate with internal teams and external partnersHandle daily operations and emergency responses Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual in Spanish is preferredMinimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiencesStrong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skillsAble to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments Ready to be part of a growing, innovative team?
