Pay

Training pay: $24.00 per hour. After training, 100% production pay: $27.65 per hour, with potential additional pay incentives totaling up to $100,000+ annually.

Schedule

4x10 schedule. Must be able to work Fridays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and within the warehouse
• Work in various warehouse areas such as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others (freezer suits, hats, and gloves provided)
• Review documents and record information; verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product
• Operate a reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock
• Hand-stack product when items are off balance or in the wrong location
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders
• Clean work area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely, including work instructions, safety protocols, and communications
