Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations including dispatching parcels and assigning tasks to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
- Design training programs to improve service quality.
- Support fleet operations and task distribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
