Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Store inventory in designated locations while maintaining proper organization and labeling.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping according to company procedures.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, following safety regulations.
• Track inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs.
• Absorb and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Cook up with other departments to fulfill orders and restock supplies.
• Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Some travel is required to other warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs.) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Forklift experience required.
• The use of a reliable personal vehicle.
