Responsibilities

• Stock and control variety of inventory accurately
• Carefully pull parts per internal customer material slips and deliver timely or as requested
• Help pull, package and ship finished goods timely and accurately
• Ship customer and TSMC Washington material as needed
• Assist with finished goods materials as needed

Requirements

• Willing to work any shift
• Willing to work under a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time constraints and minimal supervision
• Computer skills including email, internet, MS Word & Excel
• Preference for SAP ERP Materials Management application knowledge
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods; majority of shift on feet (walking/standing) with occasional sitting
• Frequent coordinated use of hands
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening (cannabis not tested per Washington State regulations)

Skills

• Proficiency with email, internet, MS Word & Excel
• Familiarity with SAP ERP Materials Management (preferred)

Pay

• Hourly starting range: $22.25 to $25.54 per hour (for new hires)
• Full position range: $22.25 to $27.65 per hour
• Additional incentives: market‑competitive pay, performance‑based profit sharing, incentive bonuses, tuition assistance

Schedule

• Fully on‑site at the Camas, Washington campus
• Monday through Friday
• Shift availability: primarily days and nights; must be able to work both
