Location: 534 W 24th St, Norfolk, VA 23517. This is a fully on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Norfolk, VA warehouse during scheduled business hours.

About the Role
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring field technicians have the parts and equipment needed to serve customers. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Verify shipments and report damaged or missing items.
- Tag, label, and organize parts and supplies.
- Replenish inventory and support field technicians with parts and equipment.
- Deliver parts and supplies to technicians and service locations as needed.
- Track shipments and maintain inventory records.
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to deliver parts and supplies to technicians in the field as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Basic computer/typing skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
- Forklift experience and certification are strongly preferred
Physical Demands
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull parts, equipment, and materials weighing 50-75 pounds safely and efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
- Experience operating pallet jacks in a warehouse environment required; forklift experience and certification preferred
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment while handling inventory, equipment, and materials
Pay
The advertised pay range for this position is $20-$30 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and market conditions.
