Warehouse Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements using inventory control systems.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
• Perform regular cycle counts, reconciling physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and work with your assigned branch manager to assist in reordering products as needed.
• Oversee the proper storage and organization of products to ensure quick retrieval and efficient space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse standards.
• Cookload and unload goods and materials.
• Prepare items for shipment and ensure that all orders are properly packed and labeled.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Able to operate a forklift.
• Basic computer skills.
• No experience necessary, but 1-2 years warehouse / inventory control experience is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Regularly lifting boxes of 10-50 lbs.
• Extended periods of standing and walking.
