Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner for delivery and pickup
• Pick, load, pack, label, ship
• Receive and process warehouse products
• Complete inventory cycle counting
• Perform warehouse inventory controls and maintain quality standards
• Communicate and cooperate with other Mygrant Glass employees
• Operate Mygrant Glass vehicles and equipment safely
• Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Receive inventory and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Unload inventory from incoming trucks
• Unload and load inventory accurately
• Inspect inventory to ensure it is undamaged
• Verify the customer’s order and invoice – quantity, quality
• Maintain and assist in inventory control

Requirements

• Use modern warehouse practices and methods – iPad and Bluetooth
• Be organized, accurate, and use time management skills
• Adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift the automotive glass up to 35 pounds, with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds
• Have basic math skills with a great eye for detail
• Ability to learn RFID for inventory control
• Not required, but experience with pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and a current forklift license is a plus
