Warehouse Specialist

This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing products while ensuring accurate inventory control and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of orders.
• Inspect goods for quality, damage, and compliance with specifications.
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Properly store goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure that inventory is organized, labeled, and accessible.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Regularly update and maintain inventory records using inventory management software (NetSuite).
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including picking and packing products.
• Ensure that orders are accurately filled and packaged.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
• Handle returns and process them under company policies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all team members follow safety guidelines.
• Comply with regulatory and company-specific standards.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and management to optimize operations.
• Communicate any issues, delays, or concerns promptly.
• Drive company vehicle and/or pull a trailer to various vendor locations/customer sites for deliveries/pickups as needed.

Requirements

• Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle background check.
• Forklift work experience and skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
