About the role
The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in performing logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preserving, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. They also execute daily warehousing tasks such as MHE operations, Navy ERP data entry, inventory counts, and material movement.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced hands-on duties including PPP&M, kitting, DRMO prep, QC checks, and shelf-life monitoring
- Serve as a technical senior among peers
- Execute COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks under supervision
- Maintain compliance with Navy ERP movement types (101–552)
- Maintain Key Supporting Documentation (KSD)
Requirements
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), OSHA Forklift/MHE License (required), OSHA Certification (required), HAZMAT/Shelf-Life Handling, PPP&M Fundamentals, DRMO/eRMS familiarization
- Experience Requirements: 2–4 years of logistics experience
Qualifications
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Final compensation for any position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: Relevant prior work experience, Education and certifications, Specific skills and competencies, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, Geographic location.
