Warehouse Specialist

About the role

Location: Fort Worth, TX

The Warehouse Specialist provides essential support to the warehouse team at Alumination Architectural Products, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from product preparation to shipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods for shipment by accurately identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move items within the warehouse, onto racking, and for loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through identification, labeling, and proper stocking of materials and supplies; record inventory locations and report any shortages.
• Manufacture components using various tools and machinery, including saws, presses, grinders, and sanders.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certified or willingness and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand information; process‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to safely lift heavy materials and use/read a tape measure accurately.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime.
