As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive products accurately and on time, working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Unload, identify, sort, and store wire and cable inventory, including coils and reels
• Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Stage shipments for LTL, flatbed, and truckload carriers
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movements
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Rotate inventory and consolidate stock to maximize warehouse efficiency
• Ensure shipments meet customer specifications and carrier requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, attendance standards, and operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily performance goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain forklift certification if required
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
