Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

About the role

OFS Brands is looking for a dependable, team‑oriented Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to help coordinate daily shipping operations and ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and shipping information.
• Palletize orders accurately and efficiently.
• Meet required delivery and shipping deadlines.
• Load containers and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Prepare and work with quotes and shipping‑related information.
• Use computers and computer‑based systems to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members.
• Help ensure orders are ready for shipment according to schedule.
• Perform other shipping and warehouse duties as needed.
