About the role

Thermacell is seeking a highly capable Warehouse Shipping Clerk with high attention to detail. This role is responsible for package receiving and shipping, ensuring all items are recorded accurately and efficiently. The position reports to the Warehouse Management Team and is based in Buford, GA.

This position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future. Candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Generates waves (pick tickets) for picking and ensures they are posted for pickers as soon as possible
• Ensures customer shipping compliance is met and updates SOPs when requirements change
• Books and generates accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipments within the internal Transportation Management System (TMS) and customer portals for collect customers
• Creates UCC labels and prints them through SPS Commerce or other portals
• Performs quality control checks on orders after picking to ensure accuracy
• Physically prepares shipments with placards, carrier pro numbers, BOLs, and wraps pallets or UCC label orders as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/office environment
• Communicates effectively and maintains positive relationships with carriers
• Sends advance shipment notices (ASNs) to Amazon Vendor Central, Menards Portal, and SPS Commerce
• Generates small parcel shipment labels within customer compliance (FedEx and UPS orders)
• Quickships orders in NetSuite after carrier pickups
• Uses RF scan guns and maintains a high level of knowledge in NetSuite
• Works with internal and external seasonal workers to ensure compliance with UCC placement and other prep work requirements
• Cross-trains team members and complies with internal policies and industry regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing and shipping/receiving
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to read and comprehend customer orders, bills of lading, etc.
• Basic math skills

Pay

$20.10/hour with an annual target bonus and quarterly incentive bonus opportunity.

Schedule

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (extended hours during busy season and occasional Saturdays).
