Warehouse Shipping Associate

About the role

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders correctly while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack orders according to specifications
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and speed
• Ensure orders are shipped promptly and accurately
• Follow detailed instructions and operate warehouse equipment
• Handle basic math calculations and identify product details
• Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
• Comfortable using electronic devices
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract quickly and accurately
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information
• Flexible with start and departure times
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps, and safety vest)

• Must be able to work independently without close supervision
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels

Pay

$19.57 per hour, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule

Multiple Shifts Available:

• Sunday 11am-7:30pm and Monday-Thursday 12pm-8:30pm
• Monday - Friday 12pm-8:30pm
