Warehouse & Shipping Associate

Join a growing team where your work directly impacts our success. As a Warehouse & Shipping Associate at IPCMobile, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products moving efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive products, inspect for damage, and enter into inventory
• Process customer returns (RMAs)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipping
• Create shipping labels, confirm shipments, and share tracking details with Sales
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other carriers for pickups
• Assist warehouse and production teammates as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Requirements

• Comfortable with physical work, including bending and lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs)
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Basic computer skills (using apps, PC, email)
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly

Pay

$17.00/hour starting pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)

Irvine, CA – minutes from John Wayne Airport. Local candidates only. Relocation/H-1B not offered.
