Warehouse: Shipping and Receiving

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations across Receiving, Picking, and Shipping to ensure accurate inventory flow, efficient order fulfillment, and on-time outbound processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries and inspect shipments
• Verify quantities against packing lists and receiving documents
• Identify and report damaged materials
• Prepare receiving reports and maintain accurate records
• Stage materials for quality inspection and inventory processing
• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately
• Verify products and quantities before shipment
• Perform hand counts and scale counts
• Bag, label, and prepare materials for fulfillment
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Stage inventory and racks for put-away
• Verify picked materials for order accuracy
• Consolidate and stage outbound shipments
• Process small parcel and freight shipments using LMS and customer portals
• Cover masterload and export shipments
• Cook up carrier pickups and ensure timely shipment processing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required
