Responsible for managing inventory and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and reorder items as needed
- Prepare and dispatch shipments in accordance with company policies
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse management or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
