Warehouse Shipper
Materials Staging, Capturing and Transferring
Identify materials required for staging to production.
Stage and transfer materials identified (color, liner, additives, valves) physically and in ERP system on a daily basis.
Maintain Excel tracker for staged work orders via production line.
Manage returns of materials from production (color, liner, additives, valves) physically and in ERP system on a daily basis.
Responsible to reconcile issues on a weekly basis for raw materials between JDE, production floor and staging locations, PROD, WIP and P-WIP. (color, liner, additives, valves)
Work with QA and Production as needed in relation to HFI items for rework.
Receiving and Putaway
Retrieve deliveries for materials (color, liner, additives, valves) once released from hold, and put in the proper location, as well as transfer to physical storage location identified in the ERP system.
Cycle Counts: Weekly cycle counts for Raw Materials area. (valves/color/liner/additive)
Weekly cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies for raw materials area, production floor and staging locations, (PROD, WIP and P-WIP).
Perform monthly cycle count of selected MRO items.
Participates in all full cycle count for finish goods inventory.
Participates in all full cycle count for spare parts inventory.
Validation and Support
Perform bi-weekly Production Floor walk for packet/materials validation
Aged Inventory Support the removal and scrapping of Aged Inventory identified by management
Additional Support to MRO Stock Monitoring & Receiving
Backup to the pickup and distribution of non raw materials.
Backup to MRO item putaway into proper location and receive into inventory tracking program, Manager Plus.
Housekeeping and Safety
Ensure work area is kept clean and clear of safety issues on a daily basis.
Ensure works is organized with no clutter in the walkways on a daily basis.
Sweeps and mops floors.
Ensures all pathways are kept clear.
Empties garbage containers when full.
Performs daily safety checklist when driving forklift
Reports any unsafe condition or near misses
Reports loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.
Pay and Schedule
Pay: The starting pay for this rate is $20.00. Based on experience, the hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $23.25.
Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
