Warehouse Shift Lead

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking full-time and permanent positions for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our cleaning/concierge team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing to workplace safety, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Led a complex and task-oriented operations team in a cleaning environment.
• Provided direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and Field Operations Team at KBS, responding efficiently, promptly, and accurately to all escalations.
• Cleaned rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Familiarized with supporting calls, working directly or dividing shifts among the team and successfully covering daily operation schedules.
• Provided feedback on ongoing activities and committed to implementing timely escalation reports to the KBS Management Team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 1+ years in a leadership/supervisory position.
• Ability to comply with OSHA guidelines, safety protocols, and forklift instructions.
• A positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude can motivate team members and orderly and timely respond to customer requests.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, procedure manuals, and product chemical handling sheets (generally in English; may be in Spanish when required by state).
• To pass KBS background check/drug test.

Pay

$17.8 per hour.
