About the role
As a Night Warehouse Selector, you will safely and accurately select customer orders while maintaining high standards for productivity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
- Move products from racks to pallets using order-selecting software and equipment
- Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage-free
- Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders
- Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging area
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively; move 1,000+ cases per shift
- Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety coaching, and job-related tasks
- Available to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday (weekends and holidays may be required)
- Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
- Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
Pay
The expected base rate for this role is between $22.66/hour and $27.66/hour. Additional compensation may include overtime, productivity-based incentives, and a freezer premium.

Schedule
Night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday (8+ hours per shift). Weekends and holidays may be required.
