About the role

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
  • Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products
  • Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Requirements

  • Electric Pallet Jack use within the last 2 years
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer (-5 °F to 38 °F) and cooler environments
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
  • Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
  • Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation

Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
  • Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at 4:00am
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay

$21.22 per hour, with weekly pay (every Friday).
