Warehouse Selector- $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Earn $21.50-$24.50/hr (includes $1 shift differential + up to $2 freezer/cooler differential) plus incentive pay. Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday
• Sunday start: 1:00 PM - finish
• Monday-Thursday start: 3:00 PM - shift ends when daily work is completed (end times vary based on volume)

About the role

Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack/forklift. Orders are wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment while observing all safety regulations and quality standards. This role ensures the efficient flow of product through the production process and functions as a team member within the department.

Responsibilities

• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform a safety check on pallet jack/forklift and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.
• Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks to locate products according to order sheets.
• Manually place appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required, using single and/or double pallets.
• Transport completed palletized customer orders to the shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging as required.
• Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach recharger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
• At the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
