Sanitation Worker: Position Summary: Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties. What you’ll do: Prep Processing room for washingPower down machines using appropriate proceduresBreak down equipment for cleaning.Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing roomsUse high- and low-pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140FUse proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS proceduresAbility to read labels for chemical identification Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent1-3 months of experience Work Hours: 3:00 am - 11:30 am, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime opportunities.
