Warehouse & Sales Coordinator - Lancaster

Location: ProSource of Lancaster

Pay: $23-$25/hour based on experience

Hands-on, fast-paced role with warehouse and customer-facing responsibilities. Opportunity to grow into an Account Manager position.

If you enjoy staying active, keeping things organized, and building relationships with customers, this could be a great fit. This role combines warehouse operations with customer support and sales activities, giving you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring products are accurate and ready for customers
• Operate a forklift/tow motor to load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Pull, prepare, and organize orders for customer pickup and delivery
• Manage inventory and help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse
• Build relationships with trade professionals and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, and showroom needs
• Support sales and business development efforts by helping grow member relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, safe, and professional while following all safety procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse, inventory, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Forklift/tow motor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
