About the role
This Warehouse Sales Associate position involves basic loading and lifting of bulk product, efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading feed, grain, and lubricants into/from storage bins, warehouse, and customer vehicles. The role requires operating forklifts and includes billing and computer input. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a negative drug test.
Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer service.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, make good judgments quickly, and multi-task.
- Execute checks and balances as directed by external auditors and management.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Enforce and maintain company credit policies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all levels and divisions of the company to enhance teamwork and effectiveness.
- Perform occasional dispatching and inventory management.
- Manage scale and weight operations as needed.
- Provide customer service on location.
- Load and unload product using forklifts.

Physical and Mental Demands
This role requires physical and mental stamina to perform job duties efficiently, safely, properly, and accurately. The employee must be able to perform the following tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Regularly lift and move bulk product.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2 years of industry experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn business accounting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous agricultural cooperative or agriculture-related experience (preferred).
- Forklift and push cart experience.
Schedule
Must be willing to work Monday–Saturday and some holidays.
Pay
$17–$18 hourly wage.
