About the Role
Location: 24 N Game Creek Road, Carney's Point, NJ 08069. Full-time position. Night shift: front half nights and back half nights. Starting pay $22.50/hr for nights ($20.50/hr for days).

Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using easy-to-learn computer systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Process returns and keep inventory accurate
- Team up with fellow associates and flag issues to your manager
- Jump into different assignments as needed – variety keeps the shift moving
Requirements
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Open to overtime when available
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift; push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the day
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs. and push carts up to 60 lbs. (with or without accommodations)
Pay
Starting rate: $22.50/hr for night shifts ($20.50/hr for day shifts). Raises up to $23/hr. Pay range: $22.50 USD – $22.50 USD base salary. Bonus and equity may be provided for eligible roles.
