About the role
Since 1994, Rasa Floors has been a national leader in the multifamily flooring industry, known for speed, reliability, and service execution. Our ability to deliver same-day and next-day installations depends on one critical function — a disciplined, high-performing warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and maintain flooring materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and stage orders for installation crews and deliveries
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Support team members to meet daily deadlines and service commitments
Requirements
- 3–6 months of related experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs)
