Warehouse: Receiving Lead - Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular department walkthroughs to ensure operations meet client expectations
• Lead and support teams of 5–30 freight handlers
• Prioritize tasks, execute processes, and drive results to achieve team goals
• Hand-stack product and build pallets of merchandise
• Shrink-wrap and label boxes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manually load and unload freight from containers
• Operate MHE equipment for loading/unloading
• Operate a stand-up dock stocker with clamp

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Hands-on work experience
• The ability to guide teams toward daily operational goals
