Warehouse Receiver

About the role

W.B. Mason is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with no nights or weekends required. As our Warehouse Receiver, you'll be responsible for unloading merchandise from delivery trailers, verifying and sorting incoming stock, and placing items in their designated storage areas. You'll read customer orders, prepare materials for distribution, and assist with inventory tracking. You'll also operate warehouse equipment and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your role is essential to keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from delivery trailers
• Verify and sort incoming stock
• Place items in designated storage areas
• Read customer orders
• Prepare materials for distribution
• Assist with inventory tracking
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read invoices
• Ability to follow written and verbal assembly directions
• Mechanically inclined
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Ability to "think on your feet" in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and math skills
