About the role
To receive incoming shipments, return damaged, or incorrectly ordered products, and deliver products to the appropriate departments.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Control & Reporting: Maintain accurate computer inventory systems and physical paperwork, maintain inventory logs per department to team leaders with detailed monthly inventory summaries.
- Storage Auditing & Management: Conduct consistent, systematic physical counts of all items within storage areas to guarantee data integrity, prevent shortages, and optimize stock levels.
- Shipment Verification & QA: Inspect all incoming shipments to verify that exact quantities and correct products are received, identifying discrepancies immediately before items enter circulation.
- Delivery Logistics & Support: Transport and deliver products from the primary warehouse to designated departments in a timely, efficient manner to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Intake & Specialty Screening: Receive and process all inbound corporate shipments daily, strictly adhering to security protocols by excluding casino cash handling from standard receiving workflows.
- Facility Maintenance & Safety: Keep all receiving docks, staging zones, and shared warehouse areas meticulously organized and clean to ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Preferred Education and Experience: Six (6) months minimum warehousing experience or manual labor equivalent.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to develop Product Inventory knowledge.

Pay and Schedule
Pay Rate: $21.91/hr. minimum. Shift: Day - 5:00 AM–3:00 PM. Weekends are required.
