Warehouse Receiver

Pay: $20.50 - $23.05 per hour (depending on experience)

About the role

Active, hands-on, and team-focused warehouse position at High Country Beverage (HCB) in Northern Colorado. Warehouse Replenishers and Receivers use modern inventory technology to ensure pickers have products ready and incoming shipments are accurately logged.

The role is highly physical, detail-oriented, and requires consistent energy. You’ll maneuver cases and kegs, work across varying warehouse temperatures, and operate inventory and receiving software.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify 100% accuracy of the Bill of Lading, and record load numbers, temperatures, and expiration dates for all pallets.
• Stage and put away incoming products efficiently, keeping assigned areas fully stocked for the picking team by the end of each shift.
• Ensure proper first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation of all backstock and warehouse products daily.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap machines to move inventory physically and electronically.
• Repair product breakage, assist with inventory counts, help layout the warehouse, and support loading outbound trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional attitude throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to supporting your team.
• Stamina and adaptability to maintain high productivity across differing order quantities and temperature conditions.
• Strict adherence to all state and company safety policies, equipment protocols, and drug and alcohol policies.
• Strong attention to detail for processing paperwork, cross-referencing Bills of Lading, and managing digital inventory tracking.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver cases and kegs weighing up to 160 lbs without accommodations.
