Warehouse Reach Operator

At Ferraro Foods, our reach operators play a key role in keeping inventory organized and accessible so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We’re looking for a Warehouse Reach Operator who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right. What You’ll Be Working On Put away incoming product to the correct warehouse locations using a reach truckReplenish pick slots so selectors always have product ready to goKeep aisles organized so product is easy to find and pickFollow proper rotation (FIFO) to keep inventory freshUse RF scanners to track and move product accuratelyHelp keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the shift The Ingredients for Success Ability to operate or learn a reach truck and warehouse equipmentAbility to lift, push, and pull product (up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of timeComfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areasAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environmentDependability and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and stay on task Why You’ll Love Working Here Work with a team that supports customers across the food industrySteady, hands-on work with clear expectationsOpportunities to grow within warehouse operationsTeam environment that values effort and reliability The Details Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated areas)Equipment: Reach trucks and warehouse systemsSchedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - FinishPay: $20 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
