Warehouse Putaway Full Time 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures (Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator).
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility while adhering to safety procedures; also operate material handling equipment as needed (Warehouse Porter).
• Operate material handling equipment to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures (Warehouse Replenishment).
• Confirm accuracy of product, work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages, communicate effectively with internal and external contacts, manually unload trucks and palletize products, and operate material handling equipment as needed (Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns).
• Operate material handling equipment to move product, match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, check in returned product and tag it appropriately (Warehouse Returns).
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets; load trucks manually; lift, lower, and carry product; stack empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace (Shipping).
• As an SC2 associate, be prepared to move into any of the above roles or SC1 roles as needed.
• Embrace safety culture and ensure safe work practices.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).
• If hired as a Full‑Time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required based on business need.
