About the role

Production Associate General Labor position with training provided. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay and schedule

• Pay: $10–11/hr, paid weekly
• Schedule: Monday through Sunday
  • 7am – 3pm: $10/hr
  • 3pm – 11pm: $11/hr
  • 11pm – 7am: $11/hr

Responsibilities

• Use tools to make or repair parts and products
• Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and other verbal or written instructions
• Collaborate with other members of the line or group to assemble products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all company and industry safety requirements
• Identify and handle defective items according to established procedures
• Use problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for 8–12-hour shifts
• Perform various physical duties as assigned
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods
• Capable of performing specialized tasks with on-the-job training
• Ability to effectively use heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
