Warehouse & Procurement Support

Position Overview

This is your hybrid role. Heavy on the floor execution to keep production moving, with just enough desk work to take the administrative sting off the buying team. The Warehouse & Procurement Support role bridges the gap between physical inventory management and supply chain administration. This hands-on position is responsible for kitting production orders, validating physical inventory, managing freight logistics, and executing routine MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchases.

Essential Job Functions

• Accurately pick and stage material kits for weld and final assembly to support daily production schedules.
• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches Macola system records.
• Book and coordinate inbound and outbound freight trucks to optimize logistics flow.
• Execute routine, low-complexity purchases for MRO supplies, shop consumables, and basic facility needs.
• Inform vendors of receiving damages, discrepancies, and support the staging of outgoing RMA materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse or kitting experience required.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• High attention to detail for part counting and kit accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for truck booking, ERP data entry, and email communication.
