About the role

The Warehouse Procurement and Logistics Manager oversees the procurement and logistics operations within the warehouse. This includes managing supplier relationships, inventory management, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing of materials.
• Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to procurement and logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics roles.
• Proven track record of successful supplier management and inventory optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
