Additional eligibility rules apply. Overview Rogue is hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Pickers in Columbus, OH. Warehouse Team Members pick, pack, crate, and ship products to customers. Team members may be asked to assist in manufacturing. 1st: 7:30am - 3:30pm Weekends required* Starting pay: $21.52* Pay increases to $22-$26.65* after 1 year Includes shift differential for Weekend Shift Benefits include pay-on-demand via Rain, semi-annual bonuses, The Revolution Fund, onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more. Responsibilities Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging qualityLift and carry up to 80lbsBand and wrap outgoing freight ordersSafely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facilityComplete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe mannerMaintain good housekeeping in your work area Qualifications Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communicationAbility to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feetHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredSafely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipmentThis role requires continuous walking and/or standing for 7+ hours per dayStrong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
