About the role

Warehouse Pick Pack position in the Operations department, reporting to the Distribution Manager. This is an hourly role with workdays Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM. Responsibilities

• Pick and/or pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Relabel and repackage products.
• Strive consistently for improved customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Current basic math and computer skills.
• Self‑motivated and team‑oriented; works harmoniously and effectively with others.
• Detail oriented with strong follow‑through; able to read and type numbers accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods; occasional alternating between sitting and standing; reaching with both arms; frequent near vision; operate packaging machine and other tools.
