About the role

As a Parcel Packer, you will be responsible for boxing and packaging customer orders that do not meet the LTL criteria. You will cross-train to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Ubique Group, we emphasize growth and skill development for all employees.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders
• Build boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders while preventing damage during shipping
• Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and process orders accurately
• Read and interpret a pick ticket from the computer system
• Place shipping labels on completed customer orders

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of warehouse experience
• Must have a high level of accuracy
• Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Manual dexterity required for handling small items
