Warehouse Pallet Handler

About the role

Seeking an experienced forklift operator to separate pallets in the freezer, cooler and dry docks. Load and unload pallets with an electric pallet jack. Retrieving and moving pallets by hand and with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Separate pallets in the freezer, cooler and dry docks.
• Load and unload pallets with an electric pallet jack.
• Retrieve and move pallets by hand and with equipment.
• Sort good pallets from bad and load the good pallets into the Case machine using a stand-up forklift.
• Minimal physical labor; requires sweeping in between.

Requirements

• A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• The work is fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-50lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is provided to the right candidate.
• All candidates must be over the age of 18 and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50lbs.
• Experience with forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.
