Full-time, non-exempt position supporting Colectivo Coffee’s warehouse operations.
About the role
The Warehouse Administrator coordinates daily warehouse activities, ensuring production needs align with Colectivo Coffee’s Mission and Values.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to production needs.
- Communicate daily production requirements to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with Production Manager and Sales Support to meet regular and special ordering deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency; willingness to train on industry-specific software.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 60 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay
$16.51 per hour.
