About the role

Warehouse Selector positions are available full-time on second shift only. The role involves picking, gathering, organizing product, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, gather, and organize product according to order sheets or an audio headset
• Stack items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bay doors
• Ensure accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards
• Operate a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases from storage racks and place on pallets, applying selection labels as necessary
• Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage
• Inform supervisors of any discrepancies in case quantities or descriptions
• Perform equipment inspections and complete appropriate forms
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weights, shapes, and heights
• Continually stand, bend, pull, lift, pivot up to 90% of shift
• Walk between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequent lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Lift product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma
• Shift: Second Shift (United States of America)
