Warehouse Order Verifier

About the role

Westin Fulfillment LLC is seeking a Warehouse Order Verifier to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced warehouse setting supporting major retailers and e-commerce partners.

Responsibilities

• Verify picked orders for accuracy, quantity, and product quality before shipment
• Compare items against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records
• Ensure correct labels, packaging, and documentation are included with shipments
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with picking, packing, and inventory teams to resolve issues
• Maintain organized verification stations and follow warehouse safety procedures
• Absorb general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer or warehouse system familiarity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Schedule

The full-time position is available on a Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat schedule, which may vary based on operational needs.
