About the role

The Order Selector at Imperial Dade fulfills customer orders by using pick tickets or an RF Scanner, efficiently building the pallet, and ensuring skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks. The schedule is from 3:30pm to completed Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.'
  • Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse.
  • Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
  • Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1-year minimum of warehouse experience.
  • 1 year of high-volume order selecting.
  • 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.

Qualifications

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.

Skills

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Warehouse experience.
  • RF Scanner proficiency.
  • Pallet jack operation.
