Warehouse Order Selector - Night Shift

Pay

Starting at $20/hour with overtime and incentive opportunities. Earning potential up to $31.35/hour.

Schedule

Sunday – Friday, 5:30 PM until done (5-day work week). Saturdays off plus one additional weekday off.

About the Role

The selector pulls case orders on an electric pallet jack, organizes the product by assignment, and loads it onto a designated route in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Selects orders assigned by operations clerk and loads onto the proper route.
• Performs other job functions as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods in a cooler setting.
• Frequent lifting of products up to 50 lbs. during the shift; infrequent lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to climb on and off powered industrial equipment.
• Regularly bend, squat, push, and pull.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred.

Decision-Making Authority

• Fully independent decisions: Selecting the appropriate items from the correct slot.
• Decisions requiring review/approval: Any task the selector is unsure of performing.
